dual vented or no vent?

Anyone has Vipermania windows that can give me some suggestions. I am finally gonna buy a set of Vipermania windows for my 96 R/T, but I can't decide if I should get the vented tinted one or the non-vented one. I already have the best Viper alarm with auto door pops on my car so I can get the unvented one. My biggest problem with the vented one is that I don't want people to open the vent from the outside.

Can you lock the vent so people can't open it from the outside?

Thanks for your input.

Just received mine 2 days ago, they are very well made. I don't see any way to lock the vent. I'll just have to trust the Clifford alarm system to keep people out.
