Motion to form a Records Forum

Viper Alley Needs to form a Forum that is for Records. Not just drag racing but all other forms. I think It should Include Track records as well as The rules to qualify as not all records will occur at an event. Viper Alley is a wonderful resource for Viper enthusiasts and I think this would only serve the community better.
