Fluids question

a topic touched on often.

now that my car is modded with more than boltons, is it beneficial to start considering different fluids other than the stock supplied ones?

tranny
rear

are my two areas of concern. i already switched to other fluids for oil, steering and brakes

im considering redlines gear and tranny fluids at summit
