Stock Rims

I am getting ready to take the paint off of my 94 stock rims and then I would like to polish them. Does anyone have any suggestions on removing the paint?

My wifes spit can pretty much remove anything of my kids faces, bodies etc.

I would like to get them chromed but I want to put some aftermarkets on within the next couple of years, so I am going the cheap route for now.

then i wouldnt bother at all. the less money you spend now, the sooner you'll have the aftermarket...

I totally agree. Unless you're absoluteky dying for a change of appearance, the best thing financially is to just wait and upgrade once.
