Thinking about a Gen 2.. What do you think my Gen 1 should fetch?

I really want a gen 2. I want to mod the piss out of it. After the V10 nationals in San Antonio I can resist no longer.
I have been holding out with the hopes that I could keep my Gen1 and buy a gen2.
I think that considering the mods I want to do Keeping both cars would spread me a little thin right now. I am Not sure If I can Hold off much longer with my strong desires for a GTS. So The trusty old Gen1 might go up for sale.

Great shape.(Not flawless but a Perfect driver)
complete history
clear title
Tires 70%
Updated Head Gaskets
Polished original rims(no rash)
JL Audio system

No Mods other that Cats being removed.

Any suggestions??

I have the original soft top as well as a hard top with the side windows.
GTS Dean was the first owner.
He detailed the chassis on its birthday every year.
He traded it on his GTS with 14k on the ODO
The dealer had it for a few years.
TXLEN (Alley member and San Antonio's Viper Tech) Had it next.
I bought It with 24k On the ODO.
Has 34,800 Now.
Laid down 374 HP and 440 TQ at the Dyno at the V10 nats.
