Is there any reason/issue associated with my RT/10 rear glass not wanting to come out? I put the little key (tried both) in the locks and they won't budge...even bent one slightly. Could the locks be seized as a result of the original senior citizen owner never having removed the glass? Aside from this, my wonky door solenoid (i'm guessing) and a 3/4 inch hood gap on the pass side which needs an adjustment, my car is in as-new condition. I understand it's a 12 year old car and it will have some issues, but it is as clean as one could hope for, and the rear glass thing is really strange.
The window comes out from the inside of the car...is that how you are trying to take it out?

I've seen the owner's vid and know how to remove it. When I turn the key in each lock it is supposed to unlock and then tilt towards the inside of the vehicle to be removed. Or you have the wrong key. If you end up using a big hammer, I have a rear Gen II window I will sell and a small nominal fee............................
I had this happen.
Just bought the car and had the same issue- thought it was a bad key.
Turns out someone had installed the window locks swapped left to right.
The plastic shroud on the inside has a channel for the latch to only go one way- when they were swapped they were blocking the latch from turning the correct way to unlatch the window from the frame.
Just take them out from the inside.
Pop off the cap with a flat screwdriver, then remove the nut holding the latch.
Takes all of 1 minute.
You'll now be able to remove the window.
The locks are easy to disassemble once its out- check to see if the shrouds were swapped.
Its pretty easy to see if it is.

As soon as I got home I took a closer look and it appears I have the same issue. The key makes the latch move in a direction opposite to the channel. I'll tackle this once I'm able to move the car outside to allow myself more room to work. Dirtysocks was over, took apart my driver's door, and figured out my doorlock issue - I have parts strewn about my garage at the moment. Turns out many of you were right...5 split wires inside the loom. He's building me a new wiring harness to avoid future problems. Guy knows his shit!!
So following pilotrick's advice, I took apart the latches which lock the rear window in place, and swapped them...Problem solved!! Well, aside from the old cracked and split gasket which will need replacing that is. Still have no idea how this could have happened...installation error at the factory?? I see no other explanation
