I def think they look better however the gen II seats seem to age well and feel good enough. Im impressed how the leather isnt jacked after 13 years

18s, that is the difference.
Also it hooks that power on 70 deg. days and above.

Seats feel great and really hold you in., I'm only 5-8, so it works good for me.
I can still move them back and forth a little.
The installed height after the mounting mod I made is the same as the oem ones.
