Get the carbide grit hole saws and saw blades. The rebar and radiator core support are both glass fiber reenforced and will take the teeth off of bimetal cutting tools very quickly.
I used my Dremmel last time and it chewed right through it like a hot knife through butter. I forget the name of the bit but it looks much like a drill bit but then you can cut sideways, up, down, left, right.
Sounds about right. I have used it to cut thin aluminun, fiberglass, a facea, wood, plastic, Sheetrock. It cuts just about anything. It tends to wonder a bit so some touch up is required but its handy no doubt.
One thing I noticed... Is that a mount for the hood release on the intercooler? That right there is a few days of a headache saved and GOOD thinking by RSI if that is what it's for.
May want to go over my recent supercharger build to see if you guys will need anything else... like those pesky little items that pop up, like:
180 / 170 or 160 degree thermostat with some "water wetter". Gotta stay cool with the front mount if TS is stock.
Would be wise to "pin" the crank while the front of the engine is apart. ROE has a great pin kit and you can get a nice ATI Dampner put on to eliminate the risk of tearing up your engine if the stock dampner falls apart.
Re-locate the power steering cooler? I have some nice pictures in my build, of where I put mine, in a secure location. New longer P/S hoses are fairly cheap at the auto parts store.

Yeah rotozip or rotozip like tools can leave some embarrassing cuts. But as long as you follow up with a sanding drum or something you'll be fine.

Good luck and have fun!
With most cooling systems anything below a 180* stat it won't matter. The stat doesn't make your car run cooler. The cooling system does. Plus, most FI cars aren't tuned for 170 or 160. I also tried water wetter once. Made no difference. Waste of money IMO. Most people that I've seen say it worked, they did a bunch of other shit too. So was it the other stuff... or the...
