Well that's funny as hell. I almost posted the same thing from a different place. The pickup behind it belongs to our intern who was shipping it back home to Minneapolis. That viper was sitting on that truck outside my office in upstate NY on last Thursday. It also has a bunch of dirt and salt dust inside it as well. I started to take a picture to post the same "who's dumb enough to ship it like this" thread..... Amazing that someone would ship it like that.

The rear spoiler really completes the look. I'm guessing that BS99 secretly bought it and wanted someone to post it to comment on how great of a car it is. Great job BS! 45K was a steal!

If I bought that car it would be to shoot it and put it out of it's misery.

Who the hell would decide to ship it like that? Maybe someone who's pissed at a lowball buyer?
If you were a truck driver and drove a ford escort with 4 bold tires and 1 brown door and hated "the rich" would you still not pull over to a home depot and buy a roll of plastic and ducktape?
Well, we obviously know the answer...

Shipping isn't always up to the seller. It was $400 higher for me to have an enclosed trailer when I had my Viper shipped so I think it's the buyers fault for having it on an open transport.

If you've ever watched Shipping Wars you would see how things get moved around and rearranged before the drop off. Money talks and it looks like the buyer wanted to get it the cheapest way possible.
