The issue has been resolved! I've emailed with Will, and we're up to speed now.
Will has reached out, and arranged refund trough a friend of mine.

That is good, and I am happy to see it fixed. I know the products work, and am sorry it didn't work out for me this time

Well simple math says that is a stupid move, then even simpler logic tells me you shouldn't need lawyers to solve such small issues.
