My bumper mount overflow has cracked. And the line coming from the under hood fill tank, looks cheap IMO. And the line going from it to the water pump, the line is old and cracked. So i want to do a billet upper and lower bottle with -AN lines. And pics of others?

Boomer has a nice upper on his GTS. I have been trying to get him to make me one for a long time but he has been too busy.

Doesn't that defeat the design of the coolant system by not having an overflow tank to push and pull coolant from? Or have you taken care of that by changing the way the pressure tank functions in the system ?

There is no reason to have a coolant tank under the bumper... The only time it will overflow into that bumper tank is if you overheat. Hense the reason it is an over flow tank... Im not saying you can't keep it for peace of mind... I don't have it. Never had an issue

there would be two options... coolant overflow bumper delete.. and an option to keep the coolant overflow (bumper overflow tank)

275$ for a complete setup with everything you would need

that includes:

Moroso billet tank
Moroso Vented Cap
2 fitting out of tank
all coolant lines needed
custom bracket
Mounting hardware
Directions

I think that is a reasonable price... because the tank and the cap alone are 175$... and you guys know how fittings and others little things go on price... i would profit about 40 bucks of each kit.

let me know what you guys think.

not too shabby

so the billet tank replaces the under the hood tank. Why is it so much smaller?

How does the one by the wheel get filled? overflow from the under the hood tank?
Id want to retain the secondary tank just in case

the billet tank and the stock tank is the same capacity. Illusion. And yes. The overflow is filed by the coolant tank (overheat and vents pressurized coolant)

Call me and we can discuss

I would not get rid of the overflow tank. It's not just used when the car over heats. The radiator cap acts like a pressure relief valve and pushes coolant into the tank. As the engine cools it creates a vacuum and sucks coolant/water back into the radiator to ensure it's full. If the overflow tank is empty then the engine will suck in air creating a cooling issue.

isnt the tank by the wheel empty almost always or are you saying it always fills when driving and empties when it cools?

It's not that drastic, but it pushes a little coolant and pulls it back in. Ever wonder why there is a level indicator on the overflow tank? It's there so air is not sucked in.
