How do I hide the holes ?

I own a 96' B&W . Love the car but I've always hated the fog lens covers . Problem is if I ditch the clear lens covers I'm left w/ 3 hideous slits / holes . Any suggestions on a realistic fix other than keep the covers on ?

I'm not suicidal or going to a therapist about the covers but I like the 97' look way better w/out covers.

Thats an awesome looking bulldog! I miss mine badly, a buddy wanted to watch him and ended up leavjng him off leash and he got hit by a car. Thanks for the pics.
