It went straight from RSI to the paint shop for some followup work there for 7 weeks i.e. when I got it back, I didn't have it back I did however warn the guys at the paint shop and when I picked it back up they were like yup, got some issues...

Sorry to hear all the issues Dave. I'm finding it hard to put faith in any of the viper aftermarket parts/tuner folks. I've been mostly disappointed in the products and service that I've received in the 4 years of ownership. ROE, Belanger, IPSCO and Woodhouse have always been great (and good ol' Big Brake Dave....RIP)...others, not so much.
