New Viper Classified: 1996 Heffner Twin Turbo

A new Classified Ad has been posted to the Vipers For Sale section:

Description: 1996 GTS Viper with 32k miles. Makes 800 whp on pump gas. Some items include: Heffner GT-35 Twin Turbo kit, 20" HRE Wheels with Nitto Invo Tires, SRT Brake Kit, DBB E-Brake, Eibach Front Springs, Updated Shocks, New Kenwood KDC-991 Excelon Deck.

I'll update this when I get a chance, but I just wanted to get it out there to see how much interest there is. Only selling to get a Gen 4 ACR or something similar. Will definitely trade for the right car. PM me for my phone number if you seriously want to talk. Thanks

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Spray, I'll update the ad when I get home. Can't remember what brand clutch, but the tranny was rebuilt with upgraded internals by Valaya Racing. To my knowledge stock rear end with Unitrax half shafts.

Darius, I fixed the small issues with car, but overall its still the same beast.

I wanted to see what people would offer. It's no secret what I bought it for but even Darius will admit it needed some things done to make it an excellent car. All in I'm at 49k. I'll be happy to hand the keys over at 47,500.

Has the A/C been fixed?

Is there anything not working?

I also saw a video of it on Youtube when the transmission broke (this might have been before you owned it), has that been fixed and is it still a stock transmission?

You menitoned you fixed a few things after buying it. What all did you fix?

Are there any fluids that need to be changed? Are all the maintenance records available?

I read through many of the previous owners posts, and as is often the case with high performance cars, it broke down or wasnt running properly, alot.

I am tempted to come look at this car, but I would definetly be screwed the fist time something broke on the car. Even though Heffners is not that far away from me, I would think the price to fix it would be very high. And then I'd always be worried about next the next time something breaks.

Why do you want to sell it?

Not trying to be a downer, but I think these are some concerns any potential buyer of a highly modified car, with some documentd prior issues, would have.
