I was just wondering, when you prep the cars to be airbrushed, do you sandblast the origional paint off first, or just scuff it up with some sandpaper? Also, what kind of primer do you use? I just picked up an airbrush and am getting ready to attempt my first paint job. I am going to do COMPLETE white stripes on a Blue Bburago GTS. I can't stand the friggen stickers that only go halfway down the front and back. Thanks in advance.

P.S. PROPS to you on that graphite/silver RT/10, that thing was tit.

yep I completely sandblast them down to bare metal then use regular grey primer so the paint sticks. Depending on what you're using for an air supply I go with about 25-30 psi so I don't get any orange peel. Make sure you lay down enough base coat so the paint is consistant in color and thickness. Then hit it with 3-4 coats of clear coat so the finish is smooth and shiny.

Any other questions just give me a shout.
