Quality of Anson 1/12 RT/10

I was just wondering, is anyone else who has one of these disapointed with the build quality of the model? I mean for a rather expensive model I expected RUBBER tires, not hard plastic like a Tonka truck. The detail is Pretty good, but this is a model that I would have rather spent $35 on than the $65 I wound up paying. I think that the Autoart 1/18 GTS/R's and SRT-10's are MUCH more worth the money.

well, is the build quality of the same piss poor rating on the origional JRL 1/12's? Because I know that I have always been happy with JRL models in the past, it seems that once Anson bought the design rights, the quality may have been degraded? Anyone have any comments on this ??

I think they are identical. The build quality isnt close to what an Autoart or UT model is. When you have no choice, you have to settle.
