Koni/ACR shock assemblies

I'll have the shocks rebuilt ('99 ACR), and I wonder if I should get them revalved. Anyone know what these are valved at originally, and what are the spring rates front and rear. Just looking for the '99 ACR specs, as the 2000 + have different shocks/springs.

Also, has anyone weighed the moving components of the suspension to calculate the ideal shock valving and spring rates?
