Here are some pics I took at the Texas Mile. Some forum members had there cars out and did an outstanding job. I'll let them post up their numbers. Enjoy:
The GT that Javo drove
Kelly's new Mamba
Mikes TT Viper
Protomotive Porsche
That's it for now

This might be a dumb question, but what is all the blue tape for? From what I can tell some is to protect the car from rock chips, but what is the rest for? Wind resistence?
Javo had his GTS there. Gary drove Peaks GT and his GTS. I'll let him post the numbers...
My first time to drive my new Mamba was a shake down pass at 180 mph. My best runs were 205mph and 203mph. I guess I needed a taller tire than the P Zero 25's, as I was touching the rev limiter in 5th.

All except the Porsche ran 200mph+. Mike and Kelly did a great job their first time out. The Protomotive Porsche ran 180's. I think that car belonged to Markski - nice guy. Being there gave me a new appreciation for the competition. There are some other threads in here with more times.
It was a great weekend. I wish they would open up the mile on friday to allow more runs.
The wait was 40-60+min on sat. and 20-40min on sunday. Kelly got 5 or 6 runs over the weekend so it was'nt so bad!

No that Porsche belongs to Marty K. He attends a lot of our MN events. I beleive he said he ran in the low 190's
