Is This A Good Choice?
So I have been a member for a few months and just sit back and watched you guys. I have a 04' ram srt-10 with the Roe TMTS and plenty of other things About 6 weeks ago after driving 3 hours for some dyno time and a good tune my engine blew Long story short I have found a complete engine out of a 04 truck for 4k (is this a good price?) I was thinking about getting it and doing forged pistons and rods. Then I would have my existing motor for parts. I haven't got it torn apart yet but it does have a golf ball sized hole in the side of the block So I don't know yet what will be salvagable.
