Wheel issues

Hey Guys,
I am new to this forum. I have an 05 SRT-10 regular cab with 17K and have issues with the chrome bubbling and peeling on the "backside" of my wheels. The exterior "face" is in GOOD shape with no issues. Is this a common problem with these wheels. I have had several vehicles with factory chrome and many "aftermarket" and never had an issue this serious before. Thanks for any info.

Depending on the deliver date, the 3/36 should still apply. It sounds like a manufactures defect.
