breakin milage??

i had read soewhere on here that the ecu holds back some power until a certain milage is reached and was wondering if this was true and what milage that was?

The FGT has that. The power is limited for the first hundred miles or so, but people still find a way to drive them in to telephone poles. I dont think the Viper has that system.
