Not sure if thats true - but it can't be far from the truth. These systems are nothing but trouble dude...steer very clear. There are documented cases everywhere of this kit grenading pintons. You'd would have to do your own fuel and tuning to make it work.
RSI has a bolt on twinturbo that they do in house that produces 620 to the wheels on a Quadcab, you will need to upgrade the trans though. My buddy in Houston saw an RSI Yellow fever make 745 to the wheels at Conleys in Houston, It was a bolt on with stock engine. I think it belongs to a guy name John.
either the guy doesnt drive it with his foot down, or the internals like 1fast400 said have been reworked. no way he's at 700rwhp on stock internals for longer then a few seconds. BOOM
I called RSI yeterday and spoke with Jason, He said the that they have several out there that are producing 700 to the wheels. These are bolt ons with stock engines. He said that they generally have to educate their customers on the use of a turbo vehicle because you cant operate them like a normally aspirated vehicle. The truck in Houston use to belong to one of the owners of RSI.
I had 700 to the wheels with my paxton / DC Performance built truck...ran flawless, and I was not easy on it (track, street / etc..). anything OVER 700 starts stretching it due to the weight / etc.. of these trucks on the gen 3's.
