If you're going to go with a lowering kit go with one by Xmetal Engineering. Boomer knows his stuff he'll hook you up and since you have an RC while you're at it get one of the 4th gen Shifters. I have one of the first generation shifters and I love it.
i went thru a viper racing buddy; mike robbins of ringgold dodge, ringgold georgia. i couldnt recommend him enough, great guy, period.
borla exhaust, lowering kit i think was in fact x-metal (mike would know), and obviously the mandatory K&N upgrade. next step on my list in next couple weeks is; traction bars, matrix lighting, and the flash PCM. that should do it for a while as im not interested in anything other than twin turbos if anythign at all. plus, i plan on a 2008 convertible viper purchase this year.
i also scheduled window tint matching the rear windows factory tint, side mirrors upgrade, and custom bed liner. a local business does a liner that far surpasses a "rhino bed liner" like a zeibart offers, totally custom and amazing.
interior, i have "wet okole" doing custom seat covers, an audio shop doing a custom fit floorboard for rear area when seats are retracted so as to allow for my dogs as well as protect floor and sub.
other than that, i figure i will get into a few other basics such as audio speaker components upgrade (MB Quart upgrade for all speaker components), and also any other possible audio upgrades to improve overall audio including dynomatting. plugs/wires, minor interior accessories (if available) like what MGW provides for vipers, and after break-in completed to do a fluid change upgrade for oil, tranny, and diff. last but not least and energy suspension upgrade or something comparable if available.

SOunds like you have a good mod plan. Your truck will be awesome with those mods.
update; no audio upgrades; local shop said its an all or none task and he was honest in admitting the stock system is damn good just as it is. dynomatting also 86'd. tinted windows, still "considering" pcm flash, and also, looking into further upgrades specifically twin turbo...

One thing that I did with the OEM sub is to fill it with polyfil. Seemed to make the bass resonate a little bit better.
The pcm flash is also available from BG Chrysler and X-Metal. They are all pretty much the same, although I hear X-Metal's is slightly more aggressive. Good luck if you go big with the twin turbos. Lots of issues getting a transmission to work properly on the high hp QCs.
