I pulled the trigger on the deal today. Brand spankin new '06 QC Nightrunner with all the bells/whistles like the nav system and sunroof. A bit of patience was worth it! It's 500 miles away though so i am deciding if i want to get it shipped to me or if i am gonna drive down and get it.
In stock form, the quad is not impressive...First thing you should do is call DC Performance and get the flash....I hated my truck until I did that...As well, they sound like shit stock...Get a magnaflow too
Thanks guys! I feel the sticker will be my first "mod" though as already stated.. everyone knows they are worth at least 15hp. I've decided to go and drive it home.. a 500 miles drive gives a gentle way to start breaking it in and learning the truck.. anyways i'd end up driving it that much in the first couple days of getting it if i weren't picking it up I've already started doing a bit of research on chips and catback systems.. both seem nice.
V10kingsnake: I picked it up for $37k plus our lovely state tax.. still think it was a smokin deal for a brand new nightrunner. Msrp on it was $57k with all the options it came with. I am getting all the options i had really wanted which is a big bonus for me.
