Have had it on mine for about 7 months. We did dyno pulls @ ROE with/ without meth. Tuned through ROE's VECII. No HP TQ gains with it on, however no losses when she is heat soaked with the meth on. Much better during the heat of summer.

You mean even with the new card made and meth you made ZERO HP/TQ? I know my car is running worse with the summer heat here, and I just bought the meth, but right now it isn't installed as yet. I'll be pissed if there is no HP/TQ difference running a washing machine in my trunk
I have had the water/meth on my car since I installed the blower. I can tell you that there IS a difference in the HP/TQ in my tune with and without it. The water/meth itself obviously doesn't make any power, but it allows you to run more timing, which in turn makes more power.
On water/meth, the car makes 630/675 and the intake stays relatively cool and the car stays pretty consistent pull after pull, both on the dyno and on the street.
Without the water/meth, Joe had to pull several degrees of timing to keep it from pinging and richen the car up a little. I think I lost about 10 hp/15 tq with it off. It might have been more, but I don't have the "non-water/meth" dyno sheet in front of me. In addition, the blower heat soaks IN A HURRY without it on.
It's only about a $400 question, and in my opinion it's well worth it.
Johnny you came through again with answers, and I appreciate that! I will be installing the Meth kit this week I suspect. Lately as the outside heat is rising, my SC has been dropping off and my engine temp has been rising quickly when I get on it and the power is slipping by and it is getting more noticable to me. I got the Roe fan kit too and that came on yesterday it was so hot here.

If you add water/meth and can't make more power, find a different tuner. In addition to the cooling effect, the methanol is a high octane fuel supply. I picked up 30 rwhp and 45 rwtq in addition to avoiding heat soak. Run a 50/50 mix for the best effect.
NO MAN, you said "Run a 50/50 mix for the best effect" does that mean the windshield washer fluid ix @ 50% plus 50% water? Sean said find the bottles that say flammable and the ones without antifreeze, not the sub zero types. Since you guys have been down this path, I appreciate your advice as I do not have a ton of $ to lose if soemthing goes wrong. Plumcrazy, that was funny with your post here :-) I'd even like to add NO2, but too risky for me until I maybe make more loot.

The windshield washer fluid comes in different concentrations and I don't trust that they mix it as advertised anyway. I buy methanol and distilled water and make my own 50/50 mix so I know what I'm tuning with and that it is consistent. Also the dye in the washer fluid leaves a blue powdery residue all over your intake. Methanol in a 50/50 mix can safely be used without concerns about corrosive properties. Don't listen to Plum, he is, by his own admission, crazy.

I agree with No Man completely. I wouldn't use the windshield washer fluid except in an emergency.
I buy pure Methanol 5 gallons at a time for around $2.50 gallon. I mix it 50/50 with distilled water which is about $.90/gallon. You end up with a controlled mixture of good product for about $1.70/gallon, which is barely more than a gallon of the blue crap you get from WalMart. No dyes, no quality control issues.
Water is all you need. Meth is just another problem to worry about and unless you are after the last 1% is not worth the hassle. Use distilled water available at any service station and save yourself the power loss from heat soak or get a decent setup and tune it right and make a lot more power...
there's 60-70hp in water alone when it is done right. A proper water setup will run 18psi on 91 octane with 24 degrees timing at full boost on 9:1 with a decent engine setup. Try that without water and see what happens.... it doesn't take Einstein to figure out that the power made at that tune is a lot more than what the detune for no water would make. Same engine on no water might make a faultering 18psi on 18 degrees timing but detonate on hot days. What is 6 degrees timing PLUS 70 degrees cooler intake charge worth at 18psi?
Meth is not worth it unless you want to pump so much in it's simply another fuel.
