Practice your launches and shifts. It will make all the difference in the world. I am not certain about track times for the Ram SRT, but I think you should be in the 12's.

Thanks Hostile.
I tried everything from a 1000 rpm to 3000 rpm launch and nothing worked. Last year I got to run one time before the track closed for the winter and was able to launch at around 2800 rpms. This time I spun hard no matter what I tried. I think the track just sucked for street tires this time.
Doesn't seem to be any good drag radial choices for us either. It would take an 18" rim to clear the rear calipers on this beast.
Check out daytona custom wheels . They made a set 18,s for me with a nitto drag radial and ive gotten some pretty good 60 ' times 1.68 being the best .

I forgot to mention in my last post that i also instaled a set of caltrac bars made by calvert racing in souther california . They seem to help a little with getting out of the hole at the track, but where i really see the difference is with the stock tires and wheels even with heavy wheel spin the truck stays perfectly straight and absolutly no wheel hop .

Best 60 I've heard of.....very nice
Nitto 555 R' s? Your tire height is 28.78"?
Anyone know what that changes the gearing to with the 4:11?
Like to know what this guys 60 was...hell of a run.
