Just installed a Paxton suercharger on my 05 QC Ram Srt-10. 5 lbs. boost and its makin a whopping 540 Rwhp after tuning. When I first installed it, it was making only 471 rwhp. I sent the ecu back to Paxton and they sent it back reprogrammed. It then put out 503 Rwhp. They sent me to a Tuner that they recommended and they got it to put out 540rwhp, and they call that "close enough". I DONT THINK SO!!! Any help??
A Paxton dealer in WPB,FL that came recommended by Pax. I took it to a different shop for a 2nd opinion and they have confirmed that the install was correct. I get the feeling that I was the guinea pig for paxton on this.
yes it is .....water cooled, they call it an air charge intercooler. It looks like a small radiator mounted in front of the trucks radiator. I will post some pics today. I have done alittle more research and people are telling me that the automatic trans. is the problem. At full boost I'm only getting about 600-700 RPMs before shift.
Wow Lucifer, you are just overflowing with intelligent comments. Are we talking about HPE or turbos or anything else? NO, if you don't have something pertinent to this conversation, please refrain from commenting.

Why you fucking truck driving whiny bitch, here's an idea; contact someone who has done some work involving boost on a quad cab. You're not not going to find much help on a Viper board, most here will laugh in your face for trying to make a truck fast. Surprisingly enough, someone already gave you the link to a site that will prove much more valuable than this one and yet you're still here.

Excuse me but isn't this the "Ram SRT-10 Discussions" section. He's trying to get info from the board in a section specifically designed for this reason. If you don't like fast trucks go back to the viper sections, jeez.
