IMMEDIATE BANNING?

Recently there was an ATTEMPT to intrude on someone's personal life by trying to get them fired through contacting their supposed employer. This motion will guage whether activities such as this geared at harming an individual are believed to have GONE WAY TOO FAR. This is a vote to guage whether contacting someones employter or engaging in activity with the intent to personally HARM somones job, family etc will be grounds for IMMEDIATE banning without a poll. Three moderators must agree. If the banning is found to be unjust, a motion can be made and seconded to bring the member back. This process will be the REVERSE of a banning poll. Should this policy be put in place?
