You've made an accusation with nothing to back it up so far, other than a gut feeling. Even if this guy is a total fuckwad, he shouldn't be banned for something that you haven't provided a shred of proof on.

NO I don't call it a true attempt to cost me my job. I find it hilarious how he fucked up so huge and has made an ass out of himself. I am glad however that he did not get a hold of someone where I really work. Who knows what kind of damage he could have done. Perhaps you would feel different if it had've been you? The last thing I need is my employer having any sort of dialogue with him or anyone else who is like him, I just can't afford that chance. Perhaps if you weren't such a newb you'd be used to his shit and you would clearly see the patterns all point to him.

Seems the members have spoken and really could care less for 100% proof it's him.

BattleBot sent me crap before - to buy my viper - from the same email address that Craig posted. And he admitted to it on ViperNation, and maybe here too.

Battlebot's AE's have been banned and suspended already. I dont believe this requires even a 72 hour period. What battlebot did was cross the lines in a BIG WAY. This was malicious behavior intended to harm a site member....completely intolerable under site guidelines. Similar to posting kiddie porn, you dont go after someone else's job, family etc. Immediate banning. The fuckin retard has NO JUDGEMENT, NO COMMON SENSE, and is a waste of air. BANNED PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I was against banning but i remmys e-mail got me to change my view. It gives that piece of evidence that this person is indeed the same person who attempted to get Craig into trouble.

IMHO there is one thing to have a "war of words" but trying to go to someone elses employer or private life is flat out unacceptable.

There are no excuses for trying to interfere with a fellow members personal life and livelyhood. This clearly warrants a "you do not belong in here" vote from me.

It has nothing to do with being a noob.. I just wanted something more than "i got a gut feeling it is this guy" b4 banning. I do think it is fucked up that someone would attempt to email your rl work, whatever the reason. I am satisfied by Remster's collaboration on the email enough to vote for a ban. Sad thing is that someone could easily spoof an email addy if they wanted to, but I'm doubting anyone went through the effort (you can ask Packet Junkie for verification on that one). You can thank that frenchman Remster for backing you up.
