Would the membership like those who create "substantially identical names" to be banned? For example, if someone created SeriousEricA, or SmokinV101, etc to be banned? To many the creation of this type of naming has no other purpose other than to mimic the original name. Of course there will be some moderator discretion used in removing such names. As always, more than one moderator must be involved in a discussion before such action may take place.
Just to be clear - we are talking about having people change their names (or have them changed for them if they do not comply); NOT banning members who register with "similiar names". Right?

Yes...that was my impression. The intent is to make certain that we do not have members with "substantially identical names". Banning would only be the final means to achieve this goal.
