BADVENOM Banned

BADVENOM has been banned for breaking the terms of an agreement for his return to the Alley. This agreement stipulated that should he break the agreement, he would be banned without a vote. BadVenom made several dozen posts on the Graffiti Wall in violation of this agreement, posted about it in the forums and then denied making the posts.

I've made a correction - it's not the use of the racial word that resulted in his suspension/banning; it was the breaking of an agreement that was the condition for his return.

Racial words that were obviously pointed at Jason broke his agreement NOT to go after Jason.
