dave6666 Start at the front with the 36" wide roll and call it timeless.

I will post pics once its all done of course, I haven't posted any pics yet but paint is the last thing that will change the look of the car. I've put coilovers on and a new set of wheels and tires already. It should look as good as it drives once painting is done but I'm being told it will be closer to the end if the month.

I've had as much as 600 to remove stripes. Wtf

I'm getting my whole car repainted so I don't know what just the stripe removal would cost but having the car completely broken down and painted isn't cheap. The factory dodge paint after ten years is a little flat after the previous owner didn't take great care of it. I'm just trying to bring it back to showroom condition, every panel had blemishes before. It should look pretty faggish and ricer when it's done.

He is referring to my remark of going with a wider stripe closer together of being faggish. I said IMO the thinner stripes look dated to the 90's on everything and more timeless stripes are wider but solid with no stripes should be timeless.

Oh, yeah, the new stripe fashion is 16" wide stripes 1/2" apart. Anything else is under priced.

taylormade Definately White Stripes. A buddy of mine who works as a line painter for the Garden State Parkway said he'll run over your car, for only $100!!!

ViperTony White stripes are killer on Red. If you're planning on doing the vinyl stripes yourself and have never done them before, buy extra. The front and read bumpers require skill and the naca duct is a project in and of itself. You'll need a heat gun to work the vinyl on the curvy bits. Not impossible but takes some practice, patience.

Indyjones Go with whatever you prefer.
I think white would look great, but as you can see, everybody has a different opinion.
Are you planning on doing the vinyl yourself? If yes, let me know how the install goes. I'm also considering stripes, but heard the lower bumpers are a pain.

And FE's don't have a chaser stripe and they do go through the NACA duct. Association fail.
I wasn't talking about your car specifically, but I'm glad you thought I was. You and me, we have the Mandango bond that transcends chaser stripes.
