Travis is awesome. Most likely it will be on Conroe......I can be on the water in 40 min and a bunch of our friends are up there.
On weekends we usually have a ton of boats tied up together in the afternoon after wakeboarding in the morning........

Nice car, good luck selling.
We spent a week at a lake house on Lake Lanier in Georgia in early-August. First time I'd done so, and honestly, I'd like something like that myself. We rented a little boat (19-footer) to do some tubing and had a blast.
