I recall them testing that on Top Gear. Smoked every record they had......then the host disqualified it because it could'nt go over a speed bump or something lame. Damn it was fast!

It also stole the design from a forth coming supercar called the Hulme which was announced before this thing was conceived.

Unlike the Hulme - this T1 is not certified and is therefore little more than a very expensive and high tech kitcar that comes turn key... it will not be legal in many countries. But yes - it is very fast and possibly the only street car capable of 3g

The problem with ground effects is when you get lift from a bump... dang that = flying off the road 2 times faster than a normal car would.

It seemed for a while, Porsche and Mercedes were trying to out do each other with who could do the sweetest flip during an endurance race. I think Mercedes won though...sending a car into the forest is just bad ass.
