Its hard though when these vipers are throwing out serious numbers stock.
Example: 08' viper stock runs say 11.3 (510rwhp with a 15% drivetrain loss @ 600bhp)
Example: 08' Z06 stock runs 11.7 (430rwhp with a 15% drivetrain loss @ 505bhp)
80rwhp difference and .4 faster. (stock)
Add: Chris's mods to get 70rwhp more (500rwhp)
Chris should out run all day long with a new 08' viper slightly modded vs stock. (low 11sec passes on his setup)
Add: the same mods to the Viper 70rwhp (580rwhp)
- the outcome should be .3 to .4
difference giving the viper a 10.9 run compared to Chris's 11.3 run
In other I am a diehard corvette fan but the power the vipers are making from the factory N/A. They are going to be hard to beat stock vs stock.
That being said, For a few grand to match the power these Vipers are making isn't a bad gig at all to run low 11's.
