I loved my last one so much, I decided to do another one. This one has a Cognito 7-9 set at 7. Perfectly flat CV's. Dual Bilsteins and upper control arms, tie rods, etc.... The truck rides much better than factory. Wheels are Raceline 20x10's with custom centers and 35 inch Toyos. I also debadged the whole truck and added the side emblems. It has the Retrax bed cover...the absolute best cover I have ever seen. Cody at ART is the man for all of my stuff outside of the Lift. I also painted the front bowtie, and have a billet grill for it sitting in the house.
Now, for the interesting part....I have had a real estate deal fall in the lap over the weekend. If my offer pans out, I will need to sell the truck to free up some money. If anyone is interested in a brand new LTZ, loaded to the gills truck, PM me.

Reason: update
I forgot to mention, if anyone is looking for a wealth of knowledge on the Chevy or GMC platform, Nick at Norcal Truck is the guy. He has been great to work with now on multiple occasions. Their website is ..:: Nor Cal Truck ::.. ..:: Home ::..
Thanks D. I have seen a 24 on a 38, and I liked it. It just seems that the offset on the 10-12 kits really throw the wheels out too far. If it sits well, then I like it. I am more of a 20 guy myself, but do like the bigger wheel if it is done right.
You can kind of see what I mean on the white truck in these attachments. The wheel is way too far out, and normally Rockstars have a good offset. I loved that damn truck, but couldn't get over the offset of the front wheel.

If you crank the torsion bars, sure....but you kill the CV angles, which is harder on the suspension and makes the ride pretty harsh. The 10-12 Cognito kit is really the kit you want to run if you want to run a 37. Sure you can run a 37 on the 7-9, but you have to give up a little ride quality in order to do it.

When I got my truck it had 20's on it with wheel spacers to push the rims out further. I took them off when I put the KMC's on it and it looks fine. I did see a truck similar to mine with the KMC's but they were sticking out much further and looked funky. How do you like the interior on the 08? Here's some before and after pics.
That looks great man. I love the interior on the new trucks. When Ray called me and said that he wanted my LBZ, I didn't want to sell it. I loved that truck. I actually was going to just buy another one, but then I drove the new truck, and loved the interior changes, and the body has really grown on my as well. It was a good update IMO. Now that they are getting the DPF figured out, it will be nice to get this one some additional HP.
I used to have some 18'"s with 38"s Mud Grapplers. 8" fabtech lift. The tires were close but the ride was very comfy actually
Comfy with mud grapplers???? That has to be the worst tire ever made. Sure it looks great, but damn, those are the loudest damn tire I have heard to date. Reminds me of when Mickeys, Cepeks, Swampers, and Boggers were cool because they were all so damn loud.
Chevy's ride extremely well, but I would still think those things would shake a filling loose.
