New world Record time.. in my Dodge Stealth

For a Stealth/3000gt

I thought some of you would like to see this. My 93 Dodge Stealth RT TT

Well to start with I found out Thursday that the owner of the Roswell track was going to open it up today.

60ft 1.42
1/8 mile ET 5.932
1/8 mile MPH 123.96
1/4 mile ET 9.056
1/4 mile MPH 157.90mph

AND these are UNCORRECTED times at 3600ft in Roswell! Corrected would be... well alot faster

U.S 3S Top 10 Fastest List - Dynamic Racing

The car is prity much a race car, 2920lb with me in it. Running on 4 DOT slicks

it's a 3.5L V6 motor (stock 6g72 block with a 88.9mm stroke stroker crank), DBB DR-1200 turbos, 24psi of boost, piggy back fuel control still at this point limiting me to lo boost till I do a AEM and larger injectors then I am running now.

If you don't mind disclosing, what kind of power do you make with those mods? How did you shave 1200 pounds from the car?

I dont know what power it is making right now have not had it on a dyno in a wile. And the only time it has been I ran 1 pull at 14psi and it made 586 WHP with a 10 to 1 A/F. Then broke the oil pump on the next pull ending my day on the dyno.

I shaved more like 1000lb, and it was not easy

Congrats on the numbers. Getting one of those cars 2950 pounds cannot be easy.

the early 91-92 18 spline shafts were VERY week, the 93-up 25 spline shafts were really very strong I have never broken a stock 25 spline shaft in 100's on 10 second passes in full weight street cars. In this race car though I am running a Mark Williams 300M 25 spline shaft, that thing will never brake. I am running the stock rear Dif, and stock Front and rear CV shafts, I broke 1 rear CV shaft in this car.

Ya it's a stock 5spd manual with a plate welded into the back of the bell housing to keep the tranny from splitting in 1/2, a front LSD installed, and a MW 300m output shaft.

Thanks, I need to work on the 60ft, that 9.05 was a 1.42 60ft. It's on 4 DOT slicks but thy are still spinning prity bad. At 21psi of boost I was cutting consistant mid to high 1.3's. But at 24psi of boost it's over powering them much worse, and the 60ft's go to hell.
