Finally, its here 08 HAYABUSA. We got a black and orange a few weeks ago, and I didnt like the color. I wanted the black and grey. Well today the Blue/Black came in, OMG! It's BEAUTIFUL! When I saw it, I totally forgot about the black.
I already lowered it front and back, and removed the tag bracket. The full exhaust should be here tomorrow!
Its gonna hit the dyno in the morning for some break in miles, then go to the track tomorrow night!!!!!
Chris, let me know how much power it makes in stock form. Im thinking about getting one to run for next year but now im thinking about the 14 since we already have a couple of busa's. Im really interested in finding out what the "REAL STOCK RWHP" is.

Its going on the dyno TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!! I put 25 miles on it tonight. I'm gonna just ride it on the dyno tomorrow and do some pulls at the end of the day before taking it to the track.

Sounds good. Good luck. keep me posted on power and times at the track. You guys are lucky down there that you get to race all year round unlike our 4-5 month season. Did you catch pinks last night? the replayed mikey & jason running.
The turbo bike, which lost on this run has been 6.90's at 204mph in the 1/4. His bike has been outlawed from 1/4 mile racing. The nitrous bikes best times this year are 7.0-7.10's, which puts them at 4.6_ in the 1/8th.
We haven't had a new 08 busa at the track yet. I think someone is bringing one on Saturday. I've gotten big into bike events. I just put together a big pro mod bike show for next year.

Free testing for all Viper owners at Piedmont Dragway in NC. We'll be a 1/4 mile track around mid 2008.
A no bar bike running in the 6's in the 1/4 mile is highly unlikely. Here is a video of the fastest no bar bikes testing at my track: YouTube - Williford v Honeycut

I used to ride outlaw. My name is CHRIS MOORE. I rode the 911 bike. It had the American flag on it with the eagle on the front. I set the world record four times. I went a 7.19@197 MPH four years ago!!!!!!!!!
Sweet boost, I didn't know that. Those bikes I posted are from the Mirock series. They only allow nitrous bikes in the no bar outlaw class. They make them weigh 635 now. We got a killer promod bike show next year in April. Should have guys running 4.20's-4.30's all day long that time of year.
You should take a ride up to the last Mirock event at rockingham Nov 17-18th, I'll be there. I'm flying to the AMA Prostar event in gainsville next week to do some PR for my races. I have to admit, my favorite bikes are the turbo's. Watching a guy leave at 9800 rpm's is just badass.
