Makes you wonder huh? I've seen so many vids of people in those countries with the most expensive cars. I could understand a few people in the country, but it seems there are many people there with money and they always have bad ass cars.
I sure as hell wouldn't be doing that on such crowded roads, but that was still cool to watch. They have the money, and they aren't afraid to beat on their cars. I wish there were more guys like that in NJ/NY
Yeah, around here you pretty much have the "I'm loaded, do not know shit about cars, and am compensating for something. So, I'm going to buy Ferrari/Porsche/Merecedes/Aston Martin" guys.
Seriously, I have met some people with ridiculous cars who know NOTHING about them. Last night I ran into a woman who bought an SL55 AMG at Dunkin Donuts. The conversation:
Me: So that car is slow huh?
Her: Yeah, it's pretty fast.
Me: (Testing to see if she knows, I know there's a supercharged V8 under the hood) What kind of engine is in that thing?
Her: Oh, Mercedes.
Ow. My brain hurts. Although, technically, that's the correct answer..
My neighbor bitches at me about my shit being too loud. My god that car sounds incredible. I would give my left nut to roll in my driveway tonight around midnight and give a few revs to good ole Mr. Chang next door.
