Watch at the end of the video and they list the 0-300 km/h (186 mph). These numbers tell the real story:

Viper - didnt get there
Z06 41.8 sec.
Ford GT 33.6 sec.
Ferrari 599 29.9 sec.
Veyron 18.2 sec.

What does that tell you about whos fast and whos not?

They were sliding that Viper all around-- too bad it seems the Euro Vipers have like 205 HP.

0-62.5mph in 2.5 on factory street rubber

0- 125mph in 7.4

251mph in independent test on same road SRT10 Viper could not top 186mph

Even the founder of the Pagani Zonda was quoted as saying he wanted one, but would have to sell a bunch more Zonda's to pay for his Veyron!

So was that really a Euro spec Viper????Cas I thought for shore a SRT10 can do 191-195 mph.

Euro's make an american car look good for once... never. I know on Gen 2 Vipers shipped over sea's there was something done to their PCM's to give it somewhere around 20 less HP then American snakes.

Friend of mine test drove new SRT for week in Nevada, I have bunch of videos showing him going flat out for looooooooooooooooong periods of time and he was very disapointed that the car couldn't go faster than 178mph, no matter what... He went out and bought a Z06, second week he showed me video of hime going 192mph (GPS)and he said he was very satified with the car...

Yes they are scared, I would be scared to drive a car thats roof constintly flyes off and is held on by super glue.

Lower speed is also due to the computer limits set by the factory as well. Is this the clip your talking about?
