FYI - Carfax Account Suspension

Carfax will suspend your account if you post a listing on a forum. Not sure how they discover the transgression since I only posted one for Casey?

Good thing I found my car before they suspended my account.

damn, never knew that but I post all the time. its actually become a pain in the ass, expecially when someone with one post who just joined asks for a report. i also really like when somebody doesnt say thank you.

i have had my carfax account for several years and constantly renew it.

Do they suspend you for offering to run a Carfax? Or just when you post the results of a Carfax report. If it's the latter, just use PM's to send reports.

Dunno. I never offered, only posted the one for Casey in the truck section. It was getting ready to expire today anyway.

I will say carfax prevented me from buying a frame damaged Gen III.
