very cool - im assuming its expensive seeing as youve got head work - replaced rods , pistons , fuel system ect. ...

Do you feel there is a market for a 40k suv owner to be tearing the whole motor down to run 12 sec ???

but still its cool - good work - I just dont see many systems selling .

That is cool. I'm guessing a legit competitor to the Cayenne Turbo S? What's the cost?

We plan to offer a mail order kit making around 500 hp at the tires for about $10k. Ported heads, built bottom end, installation are all optional.

The Cayenne Turbo S is way more swank in terms of interior, etc. Cayenne is a capable off-roader where the Jeep SRT8 is not trail rated. But this thing with a little bit of boost would kill a Cayenne Turbo S in a drag race.

We tested the Jeep SRT8 when it was stock. The best 0-60 time we ever got with cooler weather was 4.9 and several 5.0-5.2 runs. The Turbo Jeep is a full second quicker to 60 mph with higher density altitude air and a passenger riding along too.

Nice work John. I don't think I would want a Jeep to be that fast though. I prefer to be closer to the ground.

If it's a little steap, Kenne Bell is suppose to be offering a twinscrew whipple for it. They go for about 4-5k for the 03/04 Cobra's, and are basically plug and play with minimal parts needing to be changed.
