world's first 8-speed automatic transmission.
0-60mph under 5.5 seconds, with EPA mixed mileage in mid-twenties. (ULEV).
Mark Levinson surround-sound with 19-speakers and a hard disc audio server that holds four thousand songs.
The LS460L available with rear-seat ottoman package. Passenger side includes a 45 degree recliner with adjustable leg rest and massager, individual DVD player, and hidden cooler like a Maybach.

Re: YUM Lexus!
I'd have to pass on this one Craig...
I do not like the lines, and the rear-end is too 'clunky' (for lack of a better word) for my taste...
The specs are impressive though...

Complete rip off of the ugly BMW 7 styling. It is probably half the price and feel with twice the comfort and reliability.

Re: YUM Lexus!
It looks a lot like a 7 series with GTO wheels
And really there is no need for an 8spd tranny at all, hell 7 way more than necessary in an auto.
That being said the back seat looks damn comfy.

That's the first thing that I thought of when I saw the rear.

Re: YUM Lexus!
Yeah, overall it looks pretty kickass. Looking closer, however, I'm not sure about some of the detailing. But hey -- Lexus tends to have their engineering pretty well sorted, so I'm sure it's mechanically very good. Hope it's a little more exciting feeling than most Lexuses though -- that brand tends to be a tad uninspired to drive.

The poor starter must take a beating since the drivers can't figure out whether the car is running or not.
