It will be 40% cheaper and 50% better than any German car. I have had 2 lex's sc430 and never had any problems. My business partner has a sl500 at the dealer now 4-5 times and cls at the dealer 2wice now. Keep in mind both cars are less than 2 years old.
Sure, but it really comes down to personal preference and i find bmw 7 to be better car.
Like I said, you're the exception, not the rule. Lexus, and to an even bigger degree are determined as hell to achieve the goals they set for themselves, they used BMW as the benchmark and have done a phenominal job getting to where they are.

I have an LS430 UL and you can't beat the quality. It would be nice to have a little more power though.
