Heard it will still have awd though, was hoping Lambo would at least make this one rwd and drop even more weight, but more so rwd just to be more wild and raw.
The Gallardo is a great car, pretty much as quick, but handles and drives much better then the Murci/LPs. BUT....the Murci/LP's have that old school brutal feel to them that is just plain fun, let alone the fucking doors go up thats points right there lol.
Gallardo, especially the 560 is a fantastic car but it's 80% audi, and 20% attention whore.
Murci is 150% rockstar
G is better than the Murci at everything other than looking god damn fucking sexy.
If you want a DD, get a 560-4. If you want to draw a crowd and make every other car just disappear when you pull up, well the LP roadster is the only option.
Having driven both, they are equally amazing in different ways. I love the G because it's fun, but you better loooooove attention driving the murci. You can't just park it without being trampled by people. Even here in south OC where excotics are everywhere a Murci still makes people look.
IMO, the G and Murci might as well be different brands because they are total opposites.

Bingo, G is a great refined sports car/exotic, like you said besides looks it does everything better than a Murci/LP. But the Murci/LP just has that old school feel I love, it's just brutal, not sharp/tight/effortless like the G. The way they both drive is like polar opposites.
To be totally honest, the SV looks overdone and borderline ricer-ish. They didn't push the limit keeping true form, they went overboard with lame boltons and killed it.
Lighter, Faster, LAMER, they went too "fast & Furious" on an absolutely amazing car.
All they needed to do was add 150hp, make it RWD, make it 6spd manual only, and drop a couple hundred pounds which would be easy in RWD only fashion. Maybe add some functional aero pieces that didn't obscure the amazing lines of the car. A blending of some of the revonton lines into the LP640.
Looks wise, an LP roadster is as good as it gets IMO. It has the size and presence of a Phantom, the curves and natural sexy feel of a gorgeous girl. it's close to perfect. Some prefer the subdued coupe, but IMO the slightly broken lines of the bonnet and ass end of a roadster just take the cake.
If you could give that car 1k reliable, pump gas rwhp and get it to 3400lbs, it would be unstopable. Some will be faster but that's the end of it.
I don't care who you are or what you're driving, if a murci roadster pulls up, the doors go up, you stop whatever it is you're doing and take in that magnificent image to see WTF is going on.
After having both the Murcie and the G (and now back in the Murcie), the G is more fun to drive, but nothing compares to the exhilaration of driving a Murcie. I would love to drive a TT Gallardo, but I still don't see myself ever loving the G more than the Murcie.

The LP640 Roadster is sex on wheels. Period:
I just nutted . What I like about the Roadster is even with the top up it still has a distinct style that looks better then the coupe.

ESPECIALLY IN THE BALLOON WHITE!!!!!!
I bid on that Pearl White S7 that was on flea bay a year or so ago...I guess $1000 wasn't enough to make the deal. Too bad
The murci is by far the most exotic looking car for the money. Nothing even comes close.
I have to say it. The new SV is 100% fast and the furious. With that said I absolutely love it! I would buy that in a heart beat if I was at that point in life. That and the 599XX but that isn't street legal. Too bad
Agreed. But until the new model comes out it is virtually impossible to get one in the US. That and it is BIG $$$. The Zonda is definitely a super car. But IMO the murci is an entry-level supercar, if even. The gallardo, FGT, F430, 599, etc. etc. are "just" exotics IMO...
