My 2c? Why the hell would anybody buy a car 'in wrapper' anyway? So you can park it in your entertainment room and brag about it? When you unwrap it, you just lose that much more money. Makes not much sense to me. These are still depreciating assets. Prepare to lose a bag full of your money. The car isn't unique, and it isn't all that great. It isn't an Enzo or 69 GTO in the wrapper. Its a 'street version' retro car. Show me another retro that is worth anything like the original. ..Well, its your money. Enjoy spending it. What else is it good for?

Easy. Some people like to buy things that are not used or molested by someone else. If he has the coin, then what do you care?

The FGT is a great car, but obviously that is a matter of opinion. His opinion is more important than yours, since he is the one buying. If you have not owned one, then I think your opinion of how great the car is or isn't, ain't worth shit. Other than a Ferrari, the FGT is one of the least depreciating cars out there. It is even gaining a little value.
