I was assuming that the busa is not boosted. I have a boosted 1000, and I have always wanted to race a fast car. If you are interested in seeing how mine compares to yours, let me know and maybe we can set something up for fun. I'd even be willing to buy you a meal for your trouble.
Oh, and beautiful color combo! A friend of mine has an 05 FGT white with the blue stripes, with the pulley, tune, and exhaust.
What power level is your 1000 ??
The Busa my freind owns doesn't have a power adder.
It has a tune , custom exhaust and he is a Awesome Rider...

On the 5psi spring, it's making 206whp and a lil under 100trq. With my race/pump gas mix on 8.7 psi, it's putting down 251whp/125 trq (It's just a stage 1).
Funny actually, but it doesn't get more than about 3 psi in 1st gear, 4psi in 2nd, and so on, without the help of the boost controller. Not astounding numbers compared to some of the Busa's in Dallas, but I haven't found too many cars to play with in the Dallas area. I wanted a pass with Kelly's Viper a few months back, but he didn't seem interested. I would assume the Busa is putting down 160whp, so if you are killing him, you might easily take me on my pump gas tune. I have no point of reference with a 1000+ hp GT, and I'm sure you would kill me at higher speeds, but it would still be fun.
