The function must be great ! I hear the total space needed to open the door is 14 inches or so , thats the one thing I dont like about the GT , is the entry/exit while its parked beside something. also, I think they are electric opening and closeing ...

Yeah, but it's a great idea for guys who want to want to actually use their GTs and better to pay $12k for the only well engineered kit on the market than to let some KusToMIzEr "develop" his own kit on your $150k car.

I would LOVE to have that kit if it was 2 or 3 grand like it should be. I'm not a huge fan of Lambo doors on other cars, but this looks fantastic, and more importantly it's very functional. I hate the GT doors!

mclaren f1 used that style of door more than 10 yrs ago, mercedes mclaren slr uses them now

Door design on FGT was not adequately thought out.
