Yeah the salad was great. Wife was pissed though as she doesn't like nuts and I had that bitch full of roasted walnuts. Told her to just pick hers out.

Sniffers chops came out great. I altered the recipe just a little. I added some Lawry's seasoning onto the chops and went with some red roasted potatoes and lemon butter asparagus.

I will be making Foolies steaks on Monday. Unfortunately I have to go out and eat dinner the next 2 nights for functions.
