And I think the fees I paid were quite reasonable, considering the size of the deal and how much work went into the schedules, roll-up and all the merger documents (5 entities). Sorry Jason but sometimes you do yourself a disservice popping off on here and telling people like me that we got fucked or a bad deal when you don't know the whole story [img]/images/graemlins/wink[/img] So fuck off...

NO! i meant what i said about saying more with less. however, that doesnt mean my work is cheaper than anyone else's. i charge a healthy rate for my commercial work plus i probably spend a little more time in the research and strategy phase than most others. i wouldnt charaterize myself as one of the most expensive lawyers for my age and experience but im probably in the upper third when it comes to cost.
